A larger one piece chair, the Rock ‘N’ Roll evolved from 25 or so full size prototypes from 1982-1985. It include a front roll with the narrowest spring elements of all the chairs creating a 180 degree turn and still supporting 400#. The chair has been loaded with 700# in the seat. During assembly move slowly and be very careful with the interlock between the vertical rear legs and the horizontal, as they can bind as the chair goes from flat to round. Also note that the arms are hard to spread when engaging with the back supports.

All full size chairs are made from 3/4” (19 mm) thick “Finland Birch Plywood”, “Euro Color Plywood”, Latvian Birch Plywood, Baltic Birch, or similar. Compensation needs to be made for 18 mm thickness. Bit sizes defined by inner radius. .1” 45 degree chamfer throughout (round over optional).
No warranty on customer made models. Direct purchased chairs are guaranteed unless mistreated. Indoor chairs only, keep out of the rain!
